Shipping and Returns

Due to items requiring varied production and packaging, some products may be shipped separately. 

Fulfillment
Orders are processed between 2-7 working days. The average shipping time after fulfillment is 4 business days depending on the delivery destination. Each order placed is printed in my home studio or sourced from current inventory. Because of this, I currently do not accept returns due to customer error in ordering. 

Returns
If there is an error in production on my end, I will gladly replace the order. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact me so I can try and make it right. If an order is damaged or lost during shipping please contact USPS or other shipping provider. Because of the nature of print-on-demand, I do not currently offer returns due to customer error.  

Refunds
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact me so I can try and make it right. Because of the nature of print-on-demand, returns and refunds will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.

Custom Fees Notice
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees, depending on destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. Aloha Lovely is not responsible for these fees.
