What does "Made to Order" mean?

Some of the items in the shop are made especially for you when you place your order. That means that they are not printed until you order them. When you place an order, the item is sent to production, printed, and then shipped straight to you with aloha! Some items are created in our home studio and some are sourced through other partners.

How are the shirts printed?

Our Made to Order tees are printed using sublimation printing right in our home studio! The design is infused directly into the fibers of the shirt via a heat press. Since the ink essentially dyes the fabric, the tee retains all the original softness. This process also allows for a more vintage look to the tees which is a part of the Aloha Lovely aesthetic. 

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

It really depends. We try to get orders out as quickly as possible. Made to Order items may take a little longer. Generally orders are processed within a couple days after ordered and shipping can take anywhere from a couple days to a week to get to you, depending on the shipping method selected. Something's wrong with my order, what do I do?

If there is something wrong with an item you ordered, please reach out to me so I can make it right. These things happen sometimes, but I strive to ensure that all customers are stoked about their new purchase. Email me at info@alohalovelyshop.com if you have any issues.

Do you have a physical store?

Not currently but Aloha Lovely occasionally participates in local pop-ups and markets.
